Thanks, but then where does the 3213722-2-1 or 3213722-5-1 engine regulator applicability fall?

The "H" model C-130 were the first to have the regulated engine bleed air valves, so that means that it started sometime during or after 1974. If you are working the civilian versions of the C-130, it appears that what we used to call the Super-E's had them, but I don't remember the 1973 models having them.

The H-2-13 wiring diagrams show the 697638-3 part number in the 74 and ups. This part number converts to the 3213722-2-1, which is replaced by the -5-1.

The H-2-21GS-1 explains the difference between the E-models and 74-1658 & Up.
