bobdaley
Hi All Heading to Dallas today on I-20. Approaching Meridian MS we saw a herk, minus wings and tail heading eastbound on I-20. Anyone know what Herk it was and where it is going? Thanks Bob BTW if you are near Meridian, there is a great B&B Century House, I highly recommend it

bobdaley
Just got this. This maybe the same airplane. "Just passed 3768 USAF C130 on I16 Georgia heading westbound, on a flatbed truck. Is this 63-7768 ? Last reported Shephard ,TX." If it is 63-7768 it may be heading to Ft Stewart GA. Last year it was reported as "to be broken up" Can anyone from Shepherd confirm this? Thanks Bob
EFLTatCCK
I hope this isn't C-130E 63-7868 from the Robins Air Museum that was on that flatbed on that Georgia highway. That was the aircraft that I Crew'ed while I was in "E" Flight. EFLT at CCK (Vince)
bobdaley
Robins still shows 63-7868 as in the museum. There is a pic of it on their webpage. Bob
