Shakes112 Posted October 8, 2014 Share Posted October 8, 2014 We just had this in my squadron recently. Inboard flaps removed and out of phase turns. Well our engine manual first warning says to make sure the flaps are up for turns and it is basically to provide protection to the components in the wing i.e. Life raft buckets.
