tinyclark
In the newer book, TO 1C-130H-2-24GS-00-1, it just states a 24V 36AH battery.
munirabbasi
tinyclark funny answer, TO IC-130B-1 page 170 AIRCRAFT BATTERY: I did not ask the location of battery, my question is two rating of battery are mentioned ie 24 volts 31 amperes in one hour discharge rate , 36 A in 5 hours discharge rate , is same battery, only discharge rate is different or two different batteriesMunir abbasi
tinyclark
It is the same battery. The amperage supplied is different depending on how fast the battery is discharged. I just posted the paragraph out of our newer electrical maintenance book. The USAF does not use the 1C-130B-2-7 any more.
