Dear Mr. President, Please find below my suggestion for fixing America 's economy. Instead of giving billions of dollars to companies that will squander the money on lavish parties and unearned bonuses, use the following plan. You can call it the "Patriotic Retirement Plan": There are about 40 million people over 50 in the work force. Pay them $1 million apiece severance for early retirement with the following stipulations: 1) They MUST retire. Forty million job openings - Unemployment fixed. 2) They MUST buy a new American CAR. Forty million cars ordered – Auto Industry fixed. 3) They MUST either buy a house or pay off their mortgage – Housing Crisis fixed. It can't get any easier than that!! P.S. If more money is needed, have all members in Congress pay their taxes... Mr. President, while you're at it, make Congress retire on Social Security and Medicare... I'll bet both programs would be fixed pronto!

Simmons, Sr. of Beebe (Opal community), Arkansas, was born May 9, 1933 at Meridian, Mississippi, and went to be with the Lord on December 31, 2009. Mr. Simmons was retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving twenty-three years. He was also retired from Franklin Electric and Ward Bus Factory. He was a member of Union Valley Baptist Church. Mr. Simmons was preceded in death by his father and mother, Reese and Alene Simmons of Mississippi; a sister, Gail Koppenol of Louisiana and a son, Robert Simmons of Arkansas. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of fifty-four years, Patricia; and four children, Susan Simmons, Catherine (Jerry) Holland, Mary (Steve) Colburn, and Delano O. (Kathy) Simmons, all of Beebe. I experimented and I can do it, leaving the top as is and removing the patches on the bottom. Otherwise, it is too crowded.

22 had externals when I was her Crew Chief.

It has been a while Sonny. I couldn't even remember how much fuel the externals held. We rarely used them. The best way to learn a system is to work it and unfortunately we had very few fuel problems. In fact, the plane rarley broke at all. :)
