  1. we are also facing the same problem. initially we were using the switch having the above mentioned part number but later on we started using float valve having different part number_____. i will tell u later on but there serial numbers are starting with MDO. even then the problems are still the same.
  2. i m facing a problem. the issue is regarding the gtc operating under load. in the absence of any external power, when the ATM is operated using the gtc bleed and then the engine is started, gtc start giving heavy surges and the bleed pressure drop to below 10 psi. but this defect doesnot repeat when the engine is started using the gtc bleed pressure in the presence of external power and ATM is not "ON". kindly give some suggestions
  3. we have tried every possible trouble shoot. we have disconnected the electrical connectors. the interesting fact is that, it remains close when the airconditioning is turned on but when the aircraft is pressurized to 1.5 in hg, it opens whereas the UHV is de-energized closed.
  4. i m facing a problem that is quite weird. ON GROUND whenever we try to pressurize the aircraft on MANUAL PRESSURIZATION MODE, the cabin climb rate first increases to 1000 fpm, when the differential pressure increases to 1.5 in HG, the under floor heating shut off valve become open and heavy bleed comes out of it with opening the underfloor heating switch. the cct is ok. plz help me out.
