  1. So, the empennage anti-ice valves were swapped to see if the problem would follow, and the problem was resolved. Both sides indicate equal temperature rise. :confused: However, if it does come back, now I have a couple leads to check on. Thanks for the replies! - Zig
  2. Hey folks, wanted to get some input about an anti-icing issue on an H3 model. In-flight, right side empennage anti-ice temp indicator is not rising when system is on. On ground, the gauge registers a rise, but it's a lot slower to respond than the left side. Ducts are heating up to the touch, so airflow is definitely getting through. Swapped gauges, and the problem does not follow. Read resistance through the thermostat at the cannon plug to the gauge; resistance increases as expected, and it follows pretty well in line with readings at the left hand gauge. Grounds are all good. Seemingly, we've eliminated the bulb and the gauge, which are the only components in the system. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance! -Zig
