Director of Maintenance - FAA Approved 145 Repair Station Coulson Aviation (USA) Inc. is seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Director of Maintenance for our FAA approved 145 Repair Station. We are growing and progressive company with operations worldwide. The company presently operates a Next Generation C-130Q aircraft in an aerial fire-fighting role The Repair Station is located in Reno, NV and our operations require us to be mobile throughout the Western United States during the wildfire season. The successful individual will possess the following qualifications: o Extensive C-130 maintenance experience. o A&P and IA license. o Comprehensive knowledge and experience in all FAA regulations relating to 145 Repair Station management and aircraft operations. o Proven leadership capability and the ability to direct and manage maintenance personnel. o Excellent organizational and problem solving skills and a “Can Do†attitude.
