Zaaz Posted January 17, 2023 Share Posted January 17, 2023 Hi there after changing propeller #1 we did reindexing but engine #1 doesn't go to over speed . RPM fixed at 100% with Fuel flow 2400. So the pitch lock can't intervene . As operation effected. _change the synchrophaser. _change the valve housing. _Change the propeller assembly. _ change the engine #1 . _ Continuity and insulation measurements between valve housing and syn . Lkuest Posted January 21, 2023 Share Posted January 21, 2023 If RPM is staying at 100%, and the pitchlock check is the only check that is failing, the only thing that remains is a wiring issue or the switch is broken.
