C130 modeler
G Morning, I just found out about this site and joined in. I am a big fan, model builder and enthusiast of C-130s. This is one hell of versatile aircraft that has been used in almost all categories through out the world. I need you help here, i am trying to solve a mystery crash of PIA's B707 that was shot down by Saudi rockets over Taif in 1979, on the web it states that it had onboard fire but that is not true!. Some people recently said RSAF compensated Pakistan with few C-130s for the loss of there B707 and soles onboard that flight. Now i can't find a way to track this information down. I am hoping if i can find past and present Saudi and Pakistani C130 fleet with serial numbers that will show when Saudi gave there C130s to Pakistan and when Pakistan accepted compensated C130s from Saudis in those years. I will seriously and highly appreciate if you guys can help me with solving this mystery. C130 Modeler..

pjvr99
Pakis got all their birds through regular means. They had 12 (I think), but 2 were destroyed in a ground collision several years ago
