rdeegan
I have an Air Force Reserve postcard of a Hercules in flight in jungle camouflage named the "City of Marietta". I am looking for more information about this aircraft and if it is still flying. Thanks, Rick
loadsmith
greetings and welcome.....do you have any of the serial numbers that you can provide or any numbers at all in the pic or on the aircraft itself. I am assuming it's a 94 AW herk from Dobins and I am quite sure all their herks are still flying. Should not be a problem to track down specifics once the serial number is determined. Rayj
The City of Marietta, 81-0626 was the first C-130H to be delivered to the Air Force Reserve At Dobbins AFB Ga. If memory serves me it was delivered Oct 82.
JPVD
If 81-0626 is correct you should try this: http://www.herkybirds.com/herkapedia/files/AllHerks14.xls Choose "C-130H" Greetz,
