Does anyone know if the last three Mansfield H's went to St Joe? 90-1793, 1795, 1797?

The last 6 St Joe H's to LRF ANG? 86-1393,1394, 1397,1398, 91-1651, 1652?

And the last LRF ANG E's to?? 62-1784, 62-1842 to PRANG? 63-7811, 63-7812?

Or how about the last 4 Baltimore J's to LRF? 97-1351, 1354, 98-1356, 1357?

Thanks

Bob

Bob, the AR ANG has the following aircraft. 62-1824 goes to Puerto Rico tomorrow, 62-1784, 63-7811 and 63-7812 are still on our ramp. We have 86-1391,2,3,5,6 and 7 on the ramp right now. After we drop off 1824 we are picking up one of their aircraft and taking it to the boneyard. When I get back from this trip I will let you know which on we took. I do not know the tail number as of yet.

I had 62-1842 at LR ANG Going to PRANG and 62-1824 at Little Rock Active duty?

Thanks

Bob

Sorry Bob, it was 1842 that we took to the PRANG. We also delivered 63-7895 from PR to the boneyard.

As for the flood, the aircraft is 86-1391. It still has the markers in the cargo compartment that show the water line and "flood if 93".

63-7812 was at CCK in 72 an 73 while I was there, took it down to U-tapao once when the reg. Crew Chief was on leave and my Bird was in Phase Dock.

It made a couple of trips In-Country then broke at U-tapao and turned in to the Cann. Bird for a good while, so I got in a lot of party time on that trip.

(Working on the Railroad) You Old timers know what that Is.;)

Took 63-7812 to the boneyard today. She found her final resting place. The Arkansas ANG now only has 63-7811 and 62-1784 E models on the ramp.

I see you don't list 62-1804 on the ramp with the Arkansas ANG. What happened to it??

About a year ago Bobby Dugger sent me some very nice pics of it and said it was flying well at the time! I hope it hasn't been sent to the bone-yard. I spent all of my time at CCK on that bird and went almost everywhere it went in 69 and 70.

Let me know please,

Ken

Both 62-1824 and 62-1804 went to the active duty. 804 went to the school house and believe it or not, 1824 is currently deployed and is serving in Iraq.

Glad to see that she is still alive!!! What is the school house??

Does she (804) have different markings now?

If you could possibly get some pictures of it, I would like to see them!

If you need an e-mail address to send them to, let me know!

Thanks,

Ken

PS, Is Bobby Dugger still there? He is a loadmaster.

Did they ever get the smell of death out of those birds we sent to Little Rock? 1824 had a petrified snake under the cargo comp. floor when we got her in '75/76 from the AD. We replaced all of the cargo comp. insulation and it helped with the smell but there was still a faint smell in the summer after they were closed up. I spent some time getting those birds back into shape when I was a CC.

Bob, we now have 86-1394 in the Arkansas Air Guard. We are still getting 86-1398 from St Joe still and one more H2 from Nashville. The only two Es we have left are 63-7811 and 62-1784. 811 is going to the boneyard at the end of Sept and 784 is going to the active duty.

1784 still keepin' on. I can't remember which bird we we sent to the AR ANG that had the highest flying hours of any E. Every time a wing crack scare happened the engineers from WR AFB showed up at Charlie West when we had it.
