tahoejace
www.squadrontoys.com makes pretty good ones. They have stock models or you can order a custom model. Pricey, but worth it.
cfisher
If you have a large PX close to you you can probably get one there. I know here at tanker Air Force Base in Oklahoma they have vendors at the PX and I see them there all the time not only C-130s but just about all military aircraft and the price is really not that bad I have one of my daughter got me. ronsram
At times Langley AFB BX has C-130 wood models as you enter it. Most of the time near Christmas or Holidays

P3_Super_Bee
The best place, model wise and price is www.aimhighmodels.com They are out of the Philippines. They will also paint the aircraft like you want, with tail numbers etc for no extra charge.
Jeffysan
Or, you may wish to try Asian Imports. I bought my airplane from them. Good job. http://www.asianimportsinc.com/
AMPTestFE
www.islandenterprises.net They made the Talon 1 model I have on my desk, and it's probably one of the nicest and most technically accurate ones I've seen so far. That also means it's on the high end of the price scale.
