Spatialist
We had a C-130 do a flyover at our 4th of July parade today. I spent 6 years loading aircraft in the Air Force and have spent time around all sorts of variations. However, I'm unable to identify the model that flew over us today. I've been out of the Air Force too long I suppose. I've attached a photo of the aircraft in question. You can also find a larger image at http://lubbockonline.com/filed-online/2011-07-04/photo-gallery-fourth-broadway-celebration# Thanks in advance for the help! Ben Legere
That's an AC-130H. Quite possibly... 69-6572?

Spatialist
Thanks! I'm not sure how I missed the 105 on the side. I had a clear view of the left side as it flew over. Great website here and thanks for the help!
HeyChief
It was probably removed..could have been prepped for a PDM input and they needed a plane to fly over
Ben Legere
The 105 is still installed. You can just barely see it at the leading edge of the horizontal stab, it's just hard to see at the angle that the picture was taken from.
