snowyday Posted July 20, 2011 Share Posted July 20, 2011 I consider the date of 1954 wrong. I was in the 773rd TCS at Ardmore AFB, OK and we got the first C-130 in the Fall of 1956. The first "real" C-130A, 53-3129 ("The First Lady"), first flew on 4/7/55. A few nits to pick here, but it's still a funny poster -- and true! Don R.
