Fischer News Niagara Reporter Published:February 7, 2012, 12:00 AM PENDLETON — After finding what looked like spilled oil on their house, driveway and tool shed last week, Aiken Road homeowners told the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office and their state senator that they suspected a C-130 plane had leaked oil as it flew over. Bruce and Mona Shelby told The Buffalo News that they have lived on the road for the past 25 years and have noticed an increasing problem of suspected oil dropping on their house.
