Seems kinda contradictory that someone who could be, at times, rather coarse and brash, profane and obscene, ill-tempered and lacking tolerance for others, could do such a thing, or feel sadness and a sense of loss when a call just doesn't work out for an adult, even though you gave your best, or feel like your heart has been ripped out when you have to deal with a badly injured child, don't it???
