mppd
Hi everyone. I am trying to repaint some textures for Flight Simulator C-130s that were in Southeast Asia before the camouflage era. Did the TDY TAC airplanes that were natural metal with the wide bright red areas ever fly in SEA? Any photos taken in the RVN or Thailand would sure be appreciated as well. Thanks, Mike D. donwon
I was told a long time ago the color was "International Orange" And that it was used in the Artic. I have seen pictures of some "A" models at Sewart in the 60's with the red. Don't know if I'm remembering or imigening it. I been our 50 years in November. Sonny
I don't recall ever seeing any aircraft with the International Orange colors in SEA in '67-'68.

donwon
If this picture works you will see a couple of planes with colored tails and front areas. This is a picture of the Sewart ramp in the early 60,s.
