Xover cut tit

Only limitation is TIT after light-out must be 800°C to 840°C. There is no limit for before

light out, meaning TIT before could be 1000°C or 700°C as long as it corrects to the

specified range when the light goes out. All it means is the fuel control is very rich or

very lean at that position in the schedule.

correct. do a rich/lean check to be sure that the fcu schedule is

within limits: not to exceed 100°c rich or 70°c lean

Agree the correction does not have a specific limit but the FCU has a rich/lean limit as PJVR99 stated; 880 to 825 is good to go.

Do you mean a rise from 'before light out', meaning less than 800 and correcting to 800 to 840 after light

out: yes, it is good. The ONLY, let me repeat that, ONLY requirement is a correction of 800 to 840. There

is the rare occasion when the mechanical and electronic schedules are the same and no correction occurs.

If this happens you need to do a proper TD system check.

Cutback is a misleading term, as the TIT before correction may be lower than corrected TIT. For example, TIT before

light out may be 790°C and 835°C after light out. There was an increase rather than a cutback. AGAIN, there is NO

limit for TIT before light out, only 800 to 840 after light out.

X-over cut back TIT within 15-60°c.

This is correction of TIT 15 to 60 °c not a cut back its miss consecpt.as per 1c-130B-2-4CL-1. But new JG 1c-130H-2-71JG-00-1 having no 15 to 60°c limit its only 800 to 840 limit of cross over TIT no correction mentioned here.

But, if you end up operating that engine in NULL, it WILL overtemp, maybe over-torque.  Like always, if operating in NULL (or not), you must very carefully watch for this when advancing the throttles.

In Null  u must very careful while moving throttle because u havn't overtemprature protection.

Dear Ahmed, Can you send me a screenshot of  new JG 1c-130H-2-71JG-00-1 having no 15 to 60°c limit its only 800 to 840 limit of cross over TIT no correction mentioned here.

Please send me. We are facing problem with our engine as tit correction written 15 to 60 written on 1c-130B-2-4CL-1.
