  3. I have no Ideal about these days, but from 62 to 74 the bearings were clean in degreaser and repacked in grease and they were ready to use. The Wheel and Tire Shop did this back in my day.

    Worked on that DOG for 30 months in okinawa, A maint. man nite mare. I hated that aircraft.

    Well it has been over 36 years since I was there and things do change. You can`t stop progress, But Taichung was the place back in the day. I worker hard and played harder, I will never forget It.:)
  10. Leon, Balls 2 was at Tachikawa AB Japan I was asst. C/C on it from 64 to 66. It ended up in the SVN Airforce, last I hear it rusting at Tan son nhut.
