Anybody remember the outdoor movies at CRB? I seem to remember watching while they showed reel 1, then reel 3, and then reel 2. Everyone would throw beer cans (empty) at the projector hut and yell "Luther" at the projectionist. I always wondered if that was his real name. Then the rain would come and everybody just stayed in their seats except for the new guys.

Dyess Write-up was that the aircraft "oil canned" during a low level flight. I was told to fly low level to try to duplicate the write-up. They told me to fly as low as needed to get the aircraft to make the noise. Most fun I ever had but still never got the noise.
