I did some browsing on the web and I found my answer...........FADEC,....no more condition lever.......a prop balancing like the one on ATR engines...............oh well!!!

hello guys...........been away from the forum for a while.................looking at the Herc J model.......looks like they changed the engines and props................free turbine with a condition lever going from fuel shut off,.....Feather.....min and max RPM........just like the ATR and Dash-8 engines.........engine FADEC ....no more TD Amp...............am I right!!

guys, thank you all for your advice and replies...appreciate it.. this problem has been solved by replacing the engine+QEC with a new one, no idea what's the actual cause, didnt have the time to troubleshoot further..
Too bad in a sense!!....We will never know the answer for this snag!!........................Tusker

In Trenton.....436 Sqd,.....we were doing birds bests checks every morning in spring time......never got one in the engines.......I had to deal much more the way Tinwhistle mentions!!!.........................cheers to you guys!!!!..........................................Tusker
