  1. So has anyone else ever experienced problems with their oxygen supply pressure dropping below 270psi while in use, or is this normal system ops? I've already realized that there are disagreements between maintenance TO's and Flight crew TO's. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this, or would like to weigh in their opinion. I'm going to suggest tech data changes soon regarding this matter, but want to make sure I'm not coming out of left field. Thanks for looking.
  2. Thanks for the considerations. We changed another voltage regulator and fixed the problem. Those darn parts bad out of supply. We were not getting any slow starts on the engines, so I didn't go forward with the load control valve. Thanks again for looking.
  3. I have an ATM generator system that when running off of GTC bleed air, will not hold online past the initial spike of the Aux Pump being turned on. If I apply bleed air from a running engine, the ATM generator will hold the AUX pump just fine. So I guess my question is, is there a minimum air pressure output from the GTC that is required by any tech data? I've adjusted the air pressure regulator on the GTC to MAX out the output, but I'm still only getting 35-40psi from the GTC. Thanks for giving this a read... Side note: ATM system is basically brand new. List of changed parts: ATM ATM generator ATM fan GCP Voltage regulator Freq sensing relay Load control valve
  4. Had a bad K95 relay for MC1 and MC2 was just bad by itself. Thanks for your time and suggestions.
  5. I got some guys downrange with a Talon II and they can't get the Mission computers to come online. They worked fine during the -1, but now they won't power up. The VDT's give vertical lines, so they are turning on, but the MC's still won't come on. Tried with 2 power carts and APU with bus tied. Still no go. Any ideas?
  6. Ground fault transformers will get you everytime...
