    I don't have a specific WCD. This is what I found in the FY09 work spec though:

    3.2.1.1.2.1.3.1 Replace all existing and accessible rubber flapper valves FS 245-737. Install new rubber flapper drain valves IAW 1C-130A-23 at all locations where standing water was annotated by E&I (Our research shows they put an "X" where a drain hole needs to go.). AFMC Form 202 should be submitted to on site engineering for documentation of location for new drain valves. (1B7B)

    3.2.1.1.5.4 Correct defects found on ramp IAW TOs 1C-130A-23, 1C-130A-3, and 1-1-691. Ensure that pedestal structure has TO 1C-130A-23 required drain holes (WARNING: DO NOT DRILL THROUGH RAMP SKIN PANELS) (See drawing 346010 and ECO's).

    If not installed, install additional drain holes and flapper assemblies in ramp lower skin panels in accordance with Lockheed drawing 346010 and ECO's. Additionally, install drain holes in 353612 bulkhead tee in accordance with Lockheed drawing 353612 and ECO’s.

    static line retriever problem

    IMO it sounds like your power source may be the problem. If the voltage is low the retriever will pull more current. Bumping it may cause the current limiters to heat up and eventually blow. Put a meter on the limiters and see if you are getting a voltage drop between each phase and the ground and voltage drop between phases.

    I found this while looking for something else:

    FOUND THAT THE RH AFT TRANSDUCER DID NOT PRODUCE VOLTAGE WHEN THE TEST SET MOTOR WAS PLACED IN HALF SPEED. IN THIS POSITION, 5.6 TO 8.0 VOLTS SHOULD BE INDICATED ON THE TEST SET.

    There was one old bird that we cut up and converted into a ground trainer. I think soimetime before that there was an A model that was scrapped. If you look just past the other end of the runway there is an old A model (I think it is still there) that was in pretty good shape for being exposed to the elements.
