  1. Thank you for the suggestions so far guys. I'm looking into the standard pallet option now to figure out a way to attach my cradle. Welding is out as the pallet is AL and the cradle is FE, also the cradle goes with the boat for dry-docking. If anyone has the pallet dimension on hand, please share.
  2. Hello Gents, My name is Sasha, I'm a Naval Architect, all things considered only density separates us. I stumbled upon this forum while searching for cargo floor details, particularly any lashing points or mating interfaces with cargo pallets. I need to design a cradle to carry a boat in the C-130BZ. The boat's design was constrained by the cargo bay dimensions resulting in a vessel of LxBxH 12m x 2.6m x 2.5m (2.6m high when placed on the cradle). This 'package' is inserted into the fuselage of the aircraft and here lies my problem. I cannot find any useful info on the BZ's floor layout wrt lashing eyes or standard lock-in points if there are such things. Ideally I would like the cradle to interface with existing hardware. What options do I have to secure this 6500kg load down? Any information will be greatly appreciated, Looking forward to your thoughts. Cheers.
