I found that the output of the generator from the generator electrical box was not properly grounded to the engine. Cable ground repaired, system tested and found ok

Yes, there was voltage when the generator was on- line.. However, there is still no frequency and low voltage when the generator switch is in off position

Pls can someone advice on what to do if one of the engine generator phase is indicating low voltage and zero frequency, while others phases (A&B) indicate the correct voltage and frequency. The line contactor was replaced, the fuse at the upper electrical panel at FS 245 was ok, new generator installed, new voltage regulator was also  installed, yet the discrepancy persist. Kind help provide any assistance. Thanks

We found a broken cable at one of the terminals of the GCP, wire was spliced and connected back. System tested and found okay. Grateful all for your kind response

I am currently facing a challenge where my APU generator OUT light comes ON, but the frequency and voltage is with allowable limit, also, there is load indication. We have changed the contactor, Voltage regulator and the even the APU regulator but the discrepancy persist. Pls I will appreciate any quick response . Thanks 

Thank u for your invaluable contribution. The fault was traced to a broken clamp on exhaust duct of the APU which allows the exhaust gas fall directly on the sensor loop around it. A new exhaust duct was installed, system tested and found OK.

whenever i am running the APU, the fire warning light on both master warning light and the APU T-handle light come up and remain steady once i put ON the air condition. however, if the air condition is not running, the operation of the APU  remains normal. i have tried to check for bleed leaks from he APU to the manifold and no leak was found. pls i need urgent help on what next to look up to pls
