Embargoed Libyan Air Force Hercules in C-130 General Posted December 24, 2009 I was just at Lockheed about a week a go an they are still sitting there in the weeds. What i was told they are in talks with the Government an the Libyans to either fix those ones pay them back or build them new ones.
