We are currently recruiting personnel that meet the following requirements for a Forest Service contract to support the Modular Airborne Firefighting System (MAFFS) program:
-One (1) year experience manufacturing, maintaining or supporting mechanical devices, OR
-Two (2) years of experience as a C-130 mechanic in the military (MOS or AFSC), OR
-Five (5) years of experience as a loadmaster/aerial load planner
Individuals with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license may substitute up to one (1) year of experience for one (1) year of the above. Duties will be performed on federal property which may include military installations. Mechanics will be expected to pass TSA and/or military screenings.
