Below are the minumum requirementss for these two jobs. The exact pay has not been given yet, but it will be close to $30.00 hr/ plus per-diem. (2) Minimum expertise equivalent to the Marine Corps MATMEP level III (CDI) sign off requirements in this specialty. (3) Completed one or more CNATT, or equivalent OMA maintenance course on the KC-130J engine, fuel, and propeller system. 1.3.2.6.2 Aircraft Airframe System Technician Experience Summary: The technician shall be experienced and qualified in, but are not limited to the following: (1) Experience in troubleshooting malfunctions in KC-130J structural airframe systems of moderate difficulty at the organizational maintenance level. (2) Experience in repairing, replacing, and rebuilding structural airframe systems using hand tools, power tools, and applicable test equipment. (3) Experience in reading and interpreting manufacturers\' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing damaged airframe components. (4) Experience in troubleshooting and repairing the KC-130J In-Flight Refueling System (IFR System). (5) Experience performing progressive, isochronal, and other hourly or calendar inspections. (6) Experience in inspecting KC-130J airframe systems utilizing applicable maintenance requirement cards and maintenance instruction manuals for defects and malfunctions. (7) Experience and capability of performing all necessary organizational level repairs. (8) Experience in applying technical knowledge of KC-130J airframe systems in determining equipment malfunctions. (9) Experience in applying the required expertise in restoring equipment condition and/or operation. (10) Experience in applying the comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting technical documentation such as blueprints or manufactures’ manuals. (11) Experience in replacing or repairing worn, damaged or defective airframe components, using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment. (12) Experience in disassembling and inspecting parts for wear, cracks, security, or other defects. (13) Experience in repairing or replacing defective parts, reassemble and install in aircraft. (14) Experience in replacing or repairing worn, damaged, or defective airframe system and related components. (15) Experience in using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment. (16) Have a thorough knowledge of KC-130J airframe systems component troubleshooting, repair procedures and part replacements. (17) Have a thorough knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, and micrometers required to perform maintenance in his/her specialty. (3) Experience in reading and interpreting manufacturers\' maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing damaged wiring, malfunctioning or damaged components. (4) Experience in troubleshooting, and repairing the In-Flight Refueling System (IFR System). (5) Experience in performing progressive, isochronal, and other hourly or calendar inspections,.
