We found corrosion in the pin M in the plug  horses coller . We repaired the pin and the problem resolved.

Hi there

after changing propeller #1 we did reindexing but engine #1 doesn't go to over speed . RPM fixed at 100% with Fuel flow  2400. So the pitch lock can't  intervene . 

As operation effected.

_change the synchrophaser.

_change the valve housing.

_Change the propeller assembly.

_ change the engine #1 .

_ Continuity and insulation measurements between valve housing and syn .

But still the same problem. (Engine #1 doesn't pitch lock)

Any solution please.
