Ben Legere
It says either "28v DC" or "18-30v DC" then M4040/ then the military part number then the 5 digit manufacture code then the date manufactured. Something like 18-30v DC M4040/8610-12345-0412

aRMer9
bischoffm, thanks although the image you have is for the NAMEPLATE which is item #63 on my first attachment. Ben, according to T.O. is a Plate, Instruction, I’m guessing a type of diagrammed.. Below is wat T.O. (9H8-14-99-73) calls out b. Install back-up rings (58) and packings (57) in the main bore of body (64). Position the back-up rings and packings as illustrated in figure 6, and also as diagrammed on instruction plate (61). Ben Legere
"THE YEAR AND JULIAN DAY WHEN A NATIONAL ITEM IDENTIFICATION NUMBER /NIIN/ WAS ASSIGNED, E.G., 71237. STORED FIELD ALLOWS FOR THE CENTURY IN THE FORM CCYYDDD AND MAY BE IGNORED FOR INPUT/OUTPUT." No instructions on that plate... Just a date.
