bobdaley
I drafted the following in response to a question from Lars. I miss Jansen Ng. He used to keep us updated. Can anyone give us current status? Thanks Bob The picture is of the 3 Herks at Trenton. Last I heard the Canadians were still flying 6 E’s 305,308,319,323,327,328. Most likely to be parked soon, if not already. There were 9 E’s at Abbotsford in various states of storage 306,307,310,315 a GIA,316,320,324,325,326 There were three at Trenton to be broken up 311,317 and 314. 314 was originally supposed to be preserved at the Museum. But 314 was in very sad shape and was replaced by 313 at the Museum. One was supposed to go to the Museum at Greenwood and one was supposed to be a GIA at Trenton, but neither seems to have happened. Bogi252
Don't have the fleet info, but CAF recently started upgrading 4 remaining E model GTC with Short-Pod APU from Kellstrom. Reportedly to be used for SAR missions.
