bobdaley
VMGR234 at JRB Ft Worth has traded in all their KC-130T's. Three were sold as I understand, 162786 and 163022 to the PI, and 162785 to Argentina. The rest scattered about to the USN and USMCR. VMGR234 had received, last I heard, 5 J's and were supposed to get 7 more. 165739, 166473, 167111, 168073 and 169018 were there. New question, recently seen at Lockgreed KC-130T 169225. I had heard it was for 234 QH but instead it is painted BH? Anyone, maybe NATOPS, know the real story? Thanks Bob
hlg6016
Bob a buno that high is most likely a J model, Thats what VMGR 252 (BH) flys. Times change, It was a point of pride to be tooling around in birds older most of the crew. Now it seems like the Marines have all fairly new Herks.
