The last E model left Pope on Friday, June 27,2008. There is an article in the newspaper, The Fayetteville Obsever.

I accepted an assignment to Credible Cat there in 1981, have retired and still live in Harnette County. I always swore I would not go PCS to Pope but here I am 27 years later.
