Hey all, got a question on whether the under wing to fuselage panels (armpit panels) need to be installed prior to down jacking the C130. thanks (and I enjoy reading all the post here.):confused:

anybody out there ever reskin the cargo floor boards or ever need to splice together the cargo floor board skins instead of replacing with new units? We have a damaged board skin longer than the standard size 12 foot sheets.
