    Sounds similar to the ins system on a kc-10, which if I remember right was an LTN-72 system. Do you have CDUs with the GPS RPU (receiver) built into them? If so check your lever arm page. The is the distance in inches (x, y, z) fromt the INUs to the GPS antennas. You should have set values for each parameter.
