Hi guys,

pls what could be the possible cause of an engine failing to air start.

we followed all the procedures ranging from cruise engine shutdown, NTS check, and getting to air start the engine refused to start. Actually what happens is that during air start, the engine rotates to about 7% RPM and starts winding back Down. I need some helpful info pls.

Our C130H also has same problem and we have been battling to solve the problem. It's still there .....

1. Pls what is the best and safest way to handle prop malfunctions before refusal speed? That is the safest way to abort a take off.

2. The safest way to handle a prop malfunction after refusal speed of immediately after takeoff.

can some one explain what happens if u reverse at high speed, and what is the recommended speed to reverse a c130 and what speed should one come out of reverse.

Hi pls can some one explain what placing the bleed air switch to override does during engine start.
