C130Hcc Posted January 14, 2009 Share Posted January 14, 2009 13 Jan 2008 Arkansas National Guardsmen of the 189th Airlift Wing gathered together today to honor the memory of fellow airmen lost in the 1988 plane crash of the "Demon 51". The men dedicated a memorial for their military brothers at the Jacksonville Museum of Military History. The Air Guard Wing remembered fallen airmen and their service contributions. The 189th Air Guard Wing continues to provide C-130 training for all military branches and operate the Air National Guard Basic Academic School.
