Fräulein Posted July 12, 2010 Share Posted July 12, 2010 It is unfortunate that due to the case, he would not have received a judge with military experience. Had he been given a harsher sentence (which he deserved) by a judge with experience, it would have been touted as biased. And then they would have to try the case a second time.
