    As I have mentioned earlier that there two valves are outer each dry bays ie #1 & 4 (QTY 4) open dry bay to atmosphere for inboard leading edge ant-icing after exchange of heat ,excessive air release to atmosphere thru dry bay .The flapper are open outward from drybay to trailing edge .B model there were opening scoop with outer mesh screen.

    i'm looking for TO1C-130-1899 and TO1C-130-1914, an old not update version will do.

    Also a copy of TO1C-130H-2-7 , i hope to find in this why the high boosted current transformers are used ( SN 4047 ).

    Can somebody help me with this?

    Boost transformers (12) are located FS 245 (2# above) are used when additional power require for VR westinghouse generator for better regulation during changing load condition. during changing load the voltage drop low output value. power from the CT compensate the situation but they are not operation for general electric generator ,leyland generator.Regarding T.O contact to concern department

    The butterfly types are three identical valves with having butter drill passage, thermal relief valve i.e one each outer dry bay for dump shutoff valve,open auto inflight or some aircraft manual SW,The First valves are uses for inflight dumping & close during ground rapid defueling is required on ground ie Dump pumps are online.One center dry bay offload valve use for quick refuel/defueling shutoff and also to isolate right side SPR to center dry line during inflight dumping to avoid fuel hazard when Aircraft is to be land emergency like gears are up stuck.The Plumbings are litter different KC-130 ,SMK1-130 C-130E,C-130B and L-382B. Different inboard dump valves.I hope you can easily under stand

Mr Azizurrehmman, are you know there are three pad for tacho meter generator, 2 on RGB ,one on speed sensitive control on left side of engine. normally this problem occurs due to tachometer generator shear shaft or RGB drive problem. if you have done these rectification. than there is TB on electrical control supply rack where power is distributed to sysnchrophaser & RPM indicator. more you check tacho generator out put on connector Apex 21.5 volt phase to phase or neutral because delta connection. i hope you can trouble shooting to this problem.

  7. We never had that many failures of the FCU. It seemed to be pretty reliable. Considering it is located in the drybay, it held up very well. It is a sealed unit, so I suppose vibration and temperature changes just wear out the internal components.

  8. I am having problems with a GTC not running without a boot pump. After the boost pump is turned off, about the time the manifold pressure gauge hits 5lbs the GTC dies. With a boost pump on the GTC will handle the load of the ATM and both AC packs on, the GTC will die with no load also as soon as the boost pump is turned off.

    I have checked the cracking pressure and it is at 61lbs, the armpit valve is working as it should. The gtc fuel filter was replaced and still no difference. Anyone ever had this problem?

    I have discussed the matter/problem with expertise ,suggest Clean strainer on GTC

    I disagree your opinion which have mentioned here, i your F/deck fuel gauge are perfect & your fuel indication system, performing well than there no reason scale difference between F/Deck SPR because alway repeater F/Deck,The system require GFT-4/6 testing. Do not take any risk. because it is matter of fuel indicating problem.immediate maintenance is required

  10. 1.We are facing false Engine fire WX light on/blink , T-handle along with master light during flight there were no actual happening.But operation was normal these sequence of aircraft.What could be possible reason or remedial precautionary we replaced FCUs.

    2. When HF is communicated (TX) Master fire light blink along turbine over heat light in T-handle.

    Sir i have investigated the generator defect it was really bearing problem which you have mentioned. End plate bearing was wear off , due this reason stator & rotor stack each other The generator is CID part No so there no provision of bearing failure system any how A/C was escape from happening

    Once again apology delay response

    Investigation revealed that problem with bearing end plate.clearness increase due to temperature or at time of bearing replaced the proper clearness was not checked as per T.O so bearing outer move wear off the bearing as my opinion. are you agree Sir NATOP1

    Our navy is using P-3 orion A/C. i have seen with close view only reduction is dissimilar. (T-56-A-14) . prop is hamilton standard . still there are confusion about prop blade shape
