bobdaley Posted December 23, 2014 Share Posted December 23, 2014 A lot of us know Lars Olausson, the foremost expert on the C-130. I just got a sad note from his daughter Nina about his condition. "Lars is not very well and doesn't manage to handle the computer any more. He suffers from some kind of dementia and physicly he is tired and frail. Gudrun is all right though, considering. She takes care of him very good but it is tiring of course. None of us children (Fredrik, Ulla and I) live very close but try to visit as often as possibly. Fritz Wester Posted December 24, 2014 Share Posted December 24, 2014 I spoke with Lars at Christmas a year ago, and exchanged a few e-mails in Swedish, which I cherish as I too am of Swedish heritage.
