  1. I just made tech at the first of the year, also my daughter was born that day too!
  2. I caught an inboard flap with my face a couple months ago. They rigged the cable assy backwards so the outboard side of the inboard flap hung lower than it should have. We had it slid up on the track but the wind caught it and it slid off, whacking me in the mouth and chin. I immediately hoped I still had my teeth, which I did, but I got a fat lip and a nice mark on my chin for a couple of weeks.
  3. First step is replace NLG Tires, this INCLUDES the bearings. Next step is to check the steering and rigging. Also make sure you have the same type of tire on the nose, same tread pattern.
  4. there was recently a TCTO for cable tensiometers. I would check that first.
  5. Obviously they are not anchor points as you can see where those are towards the front of the vertical stabilizer. Ladder is the correct answer.
  6. We grease the entire tracks now. It helps keep down on corrosion.
