I flew along with one of the AR folks to Atsugi to extract the plane after the Rt NLG tire came off. I dont believe it was an ISO screw up though...from what I remember the plane just returned from KL Malaysia after PDM. I remember the tire still had the hub cover on it on the runway when we got there...the retaining screw sheared and the nut backed off.
