    Is there any one out there that was stationed at Ardmore Air Force Base of Ardmore, Oklahoma? It closed in 1959. I was there from 1955 to 1959. Snowyday

    I attended a breakfast for the veterans of Nolensville, Tennessee last Saturday morning. I think over 70 veterans from all branches attended. Very nice. Snowyday

    When I was in the Air Force we were not alloyed to take pictures of the New C-130A models. I guess that is the reason you don't see many pictures of C-130s with three bladed props and smooth noses. Snowyday

    I was stationed at Ardmore AFB from 1955 till it was closed in 1959. I was in the 773rd TCS and we recieved the fist C-130s. I can't believe they are still flying. It was a great plane then and a great plane now.
