hey Herc world, we have an issue with H model props with premature dome quad seals breaking down prematurely, after under 1000hr operation. Standby filters are filled with particles and when the domes are removed there is substantial pieces of oring material in the domes and even enough to plug ports in the PLR. anyone else experiencing this?

So now is my time to search about an opinion in a problem that seems out of Technical Publication . During the last months we faced continuous external leakage in propellers sometimes in between barrel s area and most often at blade lip s . In all cases .... we follow exactly inspections at teflon area , measurements in shank and teflon , bolts and barrel holes , even the build up measurements ....and so on . Dear Herc Community ! I am looking for C-130E wings (a pair) for one of my clients, my question is about certain Part Numbers. The client is looking for Part No 3325526-3 & Part No 3325526-4; whereas, I am getting Part Numbers 3319674-1 & 3319674-2. My question is whether the Part Numbers 3319674-1 & 3319674-2 are alternatives (in-lieu) of Part No 3325526-3 & Part No 3325526-4 or not??? IF 'YES'; what's the reference??? B) hello C-130 world, I\'ve still have a question about the fuel control consumptoin vs graphics! if I compare ours to lsgi, normal gi, fi and max reverse than I see that they are most of the time it\'s of scale, hmm the graph. graphs I refer to are in the 382C-2-3 run up (think section 9) does anyone have simular problems with their FCU\'s? any solutions? greetz dRB

Question for Guard units out there. How many full time and part time ECM troops does your Avionics element have? We (189th at LR) are probably the last Guard unit in the 130 world to get ECM systems and are needing this info to take to higher HQ. We never go on the road so we have no contacts out there in the real world. Thought we would see what kind of response we could get here. For you C-130 Maintainers and Operators that have access to the AF portal there is a way to have near direct communication with the C-130 Engineering and SPO. I am looking for the T.O. Number for rebuilding -117 props out of the box after overhaul. I am also looking for the T.O. Number for installing overhauled engines into the QEC. Can anybody give me an NSN or manufacturer for the LT-27 rear lord mount inspection guage, and the part numbers for the weighing scales and adjustment cone to weight and balance the flight control surfaces. Just a quick note to let everyone know the replacement for the Allison/Rolls Royce 23003276/6799323 thermocouple testers is out there. The new part number is 23076502. NSN 6685-01-569-7682. The Equipment Manager at WR-ALC will not procure the new unit unless he hears from the field. So let him know you want the new part number. If you have any questions, give me a PM.

Can anyone pls help with the part numbers,qty required and installation guide for a full T80 fit of troop seating. At my current location there is no seating available and the families of military personnel have to fly sitting on the floor. It would be most appreciated for any help in making their Herk experience (especially the kids) more comfortable and a little bit more safer.

Does anyone know where to get the X, Y and Z dimensions for the large bores at the fwd end of the longeron at FS 410.70 where the alignment pin for the Lord Mount. It would be even better if it had the four attach bolt locations in the firewall as well. There is not a concise figure in TO 1C-130A-3 54-199, unless I am missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have asked to look into some weather radar problems. I am no radar expert but i assume that having your aircraft 'upgraded' with a bendix/king RDR 2100 weather radar is not normally done. If anybody else has this fit pls let me know. I am also looking for justification on why this fit should be removed so any technical information from an expert will be most appreciated. Many thanks.
