Monty FE
Someone more in the know might want to check this but I believe the 2 AS is an active duty unit assigned to the 43d Airlift Group at Pope. The 440th AW is the AFRES associate component. Litte Rock's AMC units are now under the 19th Airlift Wing (the 19th AW also has attached associate squadrons at Peterson, Cheyenne and Keesler). Spinner
53rd AS hasn't been AETC since Jan 08, we're AMC under the 19th Airlift Wing.
bobdaley
Is the 5th SOS still in existence, They have no aircraft? 42 ECS has no aircraft. 135 AS is now a C-27 unit 164 AS is now a C-27 unit 211 and 212 RQS not C-130 units, 210 is? 52 AS Peterson 345 AS Keesler 136 AS Niagara Falls Bob
US Herk
5th is flying little planes now 6th has a herk or two, I think...for now at least - their inventory changes
Herkpilot
Unless things have changed, the 463rd Airlift Group is now the 19th AG, so the 50, 53, and my alma mater the 61 all belong to the 19th... Queep I know but if you want the facts... cheers

Spectre623
Did the 550th at Kirkland decend from the 1550ATTW at Hill in the 70's? Just curious. Bill
